How Andy Made A Movie...True Uncut Tales From The Factory People Archive

The Warhol Factory People Archive is a fifty-hour library of filmed interviews that we shot to create the original Factory People three-hour television series. Naturally, that left behind a great deal that we couldn't (and didn't use) for television.

Trailer

How Andy Made A Movie is the first in a series of films that are uncut and tell the true, often surprising and shocking, inside story of life with Andy in the Silver Factory era. In this film we follow Andy's exploits as a beginner filmmaker, going through three stages and ending in 1968 when Andy was shot by Valerie Solanis and his assistant Paul Morrissey took over the filmmaking aspect.

DVD Distribution is currently restricted to the academic library and institutional market. Rights include PPV and DSL. Price is $250.
